As a winegrower,
at 79 years old,
I have been obliged to share
research years destined for this trade,
and I have the pride of having created a machine
which replaces what I was doing when I was 10 years old.
"making my brush with a vine wood,
tying hair of a horse's tail
and using a cube "
something I want to share with you
and that will save you a lot of time and money.
Our product for wine-growing agriculture,
is a machine
to facilitate and expedite treatment
to prevent diseases of the wood in the vine.
This equipment, we have created it and patented us.
THE FASTEST APPLICATOR
EXISTING IN THE MARKET
OF PRUNING CUTS
IN VINEYARDS AND FRUIT TREES
THERE IS A SERIOUS DANGER
in your vineyard
PROTECT YOUR VINEYARD
Do you know that the spores released by the pathogens
OF WOOD DISEASES IN VINEYARDS
they infect the freshly pruned wood
CAUSING GREAT DAMAGE TO YOUR BUSINESS
CREATING BIG LOSSES?
Therefore you must PROTECT
the pruning wounds as fast as possible with a monomastic fungicide.
ALL THIS CAUSES LOSSES IN YOUR BUSINESS
BECAUSE IT INVOLVES TO A CONTINUOUS REPLANTING
AND A PREMATURE START OF YOUR VINEYARD
WHAT ARE WOOD DISEASES IN VINEYARDS?
Is the combination of different fungi that can infect the wood through the pruning wounds.
wounds are prone to infection by the spores of fungi of wood diseases in vineyards, as they germinate and grow rapidly in the wood infecting the vessels of the xylem, obstructing them, restricting water flow, so it can wither the plant and cause death in the leaves and fruits.
The diseases of the wood are one of the biggest worries of the winegrowers and technicians, being able to cause in Spain an estimated annual losses in about about 535 million of pounds.
Not in vain these fungal pathologies are possibly the biggest problem that affects the cultivation of the vine today and therefore are considered as the phylloxera of the 21st Century (Smart 2013).
The most addressed issue today is, why does it seem that its presence has increased over the past decade? Or why do we currently have a greater knowledge of the fungal species involved in the degrading process of wood?
This knowledge is given by the improvement of the methods of diagnosis and identification, if to this we unite the older age of the vineyards, the long cycle of life that present some of the fungi that cause them being able to spend several years since the penetration of the themselves until the onset of the first symptoms, drastic pruning in some cases to change the conduction systems, as well as the elimination of some plant protection products that controlled certain diseases, we find that their Presence has become more evident.
Diseases with Tinder, Eutypa and others, reduce the production of the strain as well as their life expectancy.
We know that the transmission of these pathogens is fundamentally through pruning wounds so it is necessary to reduce this risk by protecting the larger diameter cuts with a sealant paste or fungicide mastic. In fact, several studies indicate that the treatment of the cuts with fungicide paste nothing more to be done the pruning can offer satisfactory results for the protection of the wounds against the colonization by various pathogens causing the diseases Of wood.
The effectiveness of protection is often offset by tedious, time-consuming manual application. It would be extremely advantageous to have a team that would facilitate this task.
HOW TO PROTECT
Applying a fungicide,
in the wounds
of pruning cuts,
a physical and chemical barrier,
in the face of diseases
of the wood.
WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO
Once you have pruned,
you must apply
the mastic fungicide.
LOOK THE FUTURE
All that is pruned in the day,
must be sealed and protected
the same day.

PROTECT YOUR VINEYARD
WHY DON'T WE DO THIS,
IF WE KNOW IT'S GOOD
TO PRESERVE OUR VINEYARD?
so tedious and slow it turns out

with traditional method
(with bucket and brush)
TO SOLVE THIS
WE HAVE CREATED
ADVANTAGES OF THE FILANIC MACHINE
Once the load has been carried out on the FILANIC machine,
we have no direct contact with the plant protection product.
Our equipment is easy to clean.
It has the capacity to seal 7000-8000 pruning cuts.
RAPIDITY AND PROFITABILITY
Allows one person to be sealed, 4.800 pruning cuts in one hour,
being able to get to seal in a working day up to 38.000 cuts,
equivalent to all 4-operator pruning cuts.
Light equipment and very easy to use
FILANIC MACHINE SUMMARY
Equipment not existing to date in the wine market
that allows you to do a job that is so tedious and expensive that it is
it stops doing, being positive for the duration, maintenance and health of the plant.
